Exchange the IOTA for something else (Avoid ETH coins if possible BEWARE TRANSFER AND GAS PRICES) and zip the new coin out asap to either another exchange or wallet. I won't link an article since that's not what this thread is about but they are 100% serious and if you don't get out you are 100% boned. If you got a notice they are about to shut your account, doubly so if you are in the US, you need to exchange the IOTA for something else like LTC with low network cost and transfer that to either another exchange to swap back into IOTA or to a wallet of your own.
